How do you relax?
As a Muslim, there are various ways I relax and find Inna tranquility. Anyone can try what I do daily as my routines for one month and one will appreciate me later .
1. I ENGAGE IN PRAYER AND MEDITATION : Regularly observing Salah (Islamic prayer) not only fulfills religious obligations but also helps in finding inner peace. Take time to reflect and meditate during prayer, focusing on connecting with Allah and finding solace in His presence.
2. I RECITE AND REFLECT ON QURAN : Reading and pondering over the verses of the Quran can bring immense peace and tranquility. Consider setting aside dedicated time for Quranic recitation and contemplation, allowing the words of Allah to soothe your soul.
3. PRACTICE DHIKR : Dhikr refers to the remembrance of Allah. Engage in the repetition of words and phrases such as SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). This practice helps in diverting attention from worldly matters and focusing on the remembrance of your Creator.
4. SPEND TIME IN NATURE : The beauty of Allah’s creation can be incredibly calming. Take walks in nature, visit parks, gardens, or places with scenic views. Reflect on the magnificence of Allah’s creation, and let the peace of the natural surroundings envelop you.
6. Engage in Halal Recreation: Relaxation can be achieved through permissible and enjoyable activities. Engage in hobbies, sports, or creative endeavors that align with Islamic principles. This can include reading, painting, gardening, playing sports with friends, or spending quality time with family.
7. Engage in Acts of Kindness: Performing acts of charity and kindness can bring immense satisfaction and tranquility to the heart. Help those in need, volunteer at charitable organizations, or engage in community service activities. The act of giving and making a positive impact on others’ lives can provide a deep sense of peace and contentment.
