Yep, when in primary school, I came to realized I’m a leader of my classmates and entire school, I didn’t became a leader out of blue but my professional teachers appointed me as headboy and I possessed the leadership qualities and behaviors in teenager life.
Leadership can be defined as the ability to influence and inspire others towards a common goal. A leader typically possesses qualities such as strong communication skills, empathy, integrity, accountability, decisiveness, the ability to empower and motivate others .
