How often do you walk or run?

Walking and running are forms of exercise that help to keep my body healthy and fit. The frequency of walking or running can usually helps to strong and fit to reach my fitness goals.

A walk or run every day as a part of my daily routine. This regularity allows me to experience the benefits of exercise consistently. Back in my mind I know daily walks or runs can help improve cardiovascular health, maintain my weight

Others may prefer to walk or run on specific days of the week, such as three or four times a week. This schedule allows for recovery days in between exercise sessions but I do daily so as to maintainmy weight though family body is hard to reduce.

When I started my journey to my daily rerouting to walking or running it was important for me do gradually and listen to my body. I started with shorter distances and slower paces, gradually increasing them over time, I came to realized I’m doing tremendous job and running faster than usual
