First, I gathered all the necessary ingredients – the vibrant spices, the fragrant onions, the delicate pastry sheets. Feeling confident, I began chopping and dicing, imagining the scrumptious sambusa I would soon be devouring.

However, things started going downhill right from the start. I completely misjudged the measurements of the spices and ended up transforming my sambusa filling into a spicy fireball. It was as if I had accidentally created a miniature volcano in my kitchen!

Undeterred by the spicy setback, I soldiered on, determined to salvage my sambusas. Now came the tricky part – the art of folding the pastry.
