Justice delayed, Justice denied

“Justice delayed, justice denied” is a legal principle or maxim that highlights the importance of timely justice. It emphasizes that when legal processes are excessively delayed, it can result in a denial of justice or the negation of its intended effects.

One notable episode illustrating this principle in court law is the case of Hussainara Khatoon v. State of Bihar, which took place in India. This case addressed the issue of prolonged pretrial detention and the resulting denial of justice. In the early 1970s, numerous individuals in Bihar were languishing in jail for extended periods without trial, some for durations greater than their potential sentences if convicted.

The Indian Supreme Court, recognizing that this delay contradicted the fundamental right to a speedy trial, held that the right to a speedy trial is an essential part of the fundamental right to life and personal liberty guaranteed under the Indian Constitution. The court ordered the release of all undertrial prisoners who had been detained for periods exceeding their potential sentences. This landmark decision shed light on the necessity of expeditious judicial processes to ensure justice is not denied due to delays.

While this particular case highlights the concept of justice delayed, justice denied, similar concerns can arise in legal systems worldwide. Timely and efficient court proceedings are crucial in upholding the fundamental principles of justice and safeguarding the rights of individuals involved.

Not everyone who is famous is rich

Nowadays you will see in the social media, young men and women struggling by all means and ways to become famous in social so as make high profile in social media platforms .

While being famous may seem appealing, it is important to understand that fame does not directly translate into financial security or personal fulfillment. Here are a few points to consider when it comes to fame and financial matters:

  1. Financial Opportunities: Being famous can potentially open doors to lucrative financial opportunities, such as brand endorsements, sponsorships, or media appearances. These opportunities can lead to significant earnings. However, it is crucial to manage these finances wisely to ensure long-term financial stability.
  2. Uncertain Income: It’s important to note that fame often comes with an unpredictable income stream. Your popularity and marketability may fluctuate over time, impacting the stability of your income. Therefore, it’s essential to save and invest wisely during the peak of your fame to secure your financial future.
  3. Increased Expenses: Fame often brings increased expenses as well. This might include hiring a manager, publicist, or stylist, along with maintaining a certain lifestyle to sustain your public image. These additional expenses can strain finances if not carefully managed.
  4. Privacy and Mental Well-being: While fame can bring attention and admiration, it can also result in a loss of privacy and intense scrutiny. The constant pressure to maintain your public image can take a toll on your mental well-being. It is crucial to prioritize self-care and seek professional support when needed.
  5. Longevity of Fame: Fame can be fleeting, and maintaining public interest can be challenging. It is crucial to have a backup plan and diversify your income streams to ensure financial stability beyond your peak fame years.

It is essential to approach financial matters with a long-term perspective and seek the guidance of financial professionals who can help you navigate the unique challenges that come with being famous. Remember, financial security and personal fulfillment are not solely dependent on fame but rather on the wise management of resources and a well-rounded approach to life.

A father saw that his 11-year-old son was crying silently. He asked him. “What’s the matter, son?”The young boy replied.”My rich classmates mocked, called me son of a gardener. They said that my father lives only on the money he earns from watering and feeding plants for people” The father paused for a moment, then said. “Come with me son, let’s plant some flowers. It might cheer you up” He held his hand and walked him to the garden, then he took out some flower seeds, and said.”Let’s carry out an experiment. We will plant two flowers seperately. I will care for one, and you will care for the other. I will water mine with clean water from the lake but you will water yours with dirty water from the pond. We shall see the outcome in the weeks to come” The son was delighted as he joined his father in planting the flowers. It took them some days to finally germinate the flower seeds. They cared for them respectively and watched them grow. Later on, the father brought his son to the garden, and said to him.”Look at the two flowers and tell me your observation” The boy responded.”My flower looks better and healthier than yours. How is that even possible when your water is cleaner?”The father smiled, then said.”That’s because dirty water doesn’t stop a plant from growing, rather it serves as organic fertilizer to help it flourish. You see son, there are some people who put you down in life, mock your dreams, and throw dirt on you. Always remember that there’s nothing wrong with you, it is their ego they have to satisfy. So, don’t let the harsh words from people affect you, instead, let it encourage you into being a better person. And doing so, you will be like the plant and will flourish even in the midst of dirt like negativity and harsh words.

ABORTION MEANS MURDERING INNOCENT CHILD

I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child – a direct killing of the innocent child – murder by the mother herself.
And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people like Terrorist groups not to kill innocent people
How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love, and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. So the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love – that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child.
The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts. By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems, it’s disgusting and uncivilized ways of solving personal issues
And by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching the people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. That is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.

HUSBAND SCARCITY

What traditions have you not kept thaHUSBAND SCARCITY
This may not be the best time for me to write on this because of misinterpretations, but I can no longer resist the push. Husband Scarcity” has become one of the challenges faced by many young girls today.
If you go to prayer houses, majority of the intentions are prayer for a life partner. And this calls for concern. Casting our minds back to the time of our mothers and grandmothers, was there really much of a “Husband Scarcity” problem? Or, maybe there were more men than women then, or there was an adequate corresponding numbers of both genders. I don’t think so. Maybe then, the women had values and were prepared to build a home and not park into a built home.
Then, once a young man comes of age and can at least feed himself and his wife, he goes out in search of a wife and the woman really appreciates him and helps him to build a future. What am I really trying to say?
We created what we now see as “Husband Scarcity” for ourselves. Today, the reverse is the case. Ask an average girl to define her dream husband; you get things like “he has to be tall, handsome, fair, and rich, own a house at least, and be presentable” and then she adds “God fearing” in order not to sound so worldly. Then, check the number of girls around you and the number of men that meet that standard, and you will see the problem. You hear girls say, “I cannot suffer in my father’s house and then go and start suffering with a man.” What a wonderful dream! What if from the beginning, you have everything you want and there is no suffering, and later in the marriage, the table turns around, then comes suffering? Will you run away? No one prays for suffering, but it is good to start small and end big, than start big and end small.
The problem is that the description majority of girls give of their ideal man is virtually the same. When 50 girls want the same kind of man and the man that fits what they want is just 1 man,
To be continuedt your parents had?

A bad system will beat a good political party, Candidates and their patriotic voters

The statement that a bad system will inevitably defeat a patriotic, political party ,candidates and good leader. While it is true that a bad system can hinder progress, a good leader’s abilities to navigate within the confines of the system and work towards positive change can still make a significant impact.

A good leader has the capacity to inspire, persuade, and rally people towards a common goal. They can identify flaws or injustices in the system and work towards reforming it. Their leadership can initiate social and political changes that address the root causes of the problem.

Furthermore, a patriotic citizen is one who loves and respects their country and is committed to its betterment. They can contribute to a positive change in the system by participating in civic responsibilities like voting and lobbying for policies that can uplift the country.

Therefore, while a bad system can pose challenges, a good leader and a patriotic citizen can still work towards progress and positive change for the country.

This statement is common nowadays on political fields, on debating tables on politicians or when they are selling their manifestation To their voters

Why Toy guns is common in the Muslim world during Eid celebration

In the middleeast and entire Asia, when Eid celebration is approaching, the business booming is not only fashionable clothes but also toy guns which is supplied into different countries particularly Muslims countries.

Toy guns turned out to be the favourite thing for children to play with ,in Eid days.

Shopkeepers reported high sales of the replicas of weapons and said children spent most Eid, the cash given by elders on the festival, to purchase them.

They said the prices of pistols and rifles ranged between 50 kenya shillings and 200 each.

In a playful manner, children pressed triggers pointing barrel towards each other with its small size plastic bullets, while many preferred to shoot at targets.

In Eastleigh, the biggest market in Eastern Africa, one can get different types of toy guns , with different prices

The sellers said sale of toy guns is not a crime as it is not harmful but its not culture and its not islamically allow to celebrate it , but it seems norms nowadays.

A seller said wholesalers invested huge sums of money in the import of replicas of weapons from China on a large scale. A man said for the first time, he’d seen that one of his sons’ main demand on Eid was a toy gun.

“I asked him to get permission from his mother, who didn’t give the permission and sent him back for decision,” he said.

In Somalia, some parts where al shabab occupied, they use toy guns to train innocent children, this is inhumane and misguided innocent child, in a video I have seen years back someone said use of fake guns by children to such an extent showed their inclination towards militarisation.

As we prepare for Eid celebrations, I wish to urge our Somali parent to buy their kids something valuable and not a pistol . this is an item that symbolises bloodshed which has no role in both our faith and culture,I discourage the use of pistol with strongest term possible.

lastly I urge with the security agents to take this matter seriously since someone with ill intention can hide among our innocent charming children and cause havoc. please remind the sheikh in your respective mosques to address the matter.

.

No one is like father, Not everyone can be a father.

Father is real role model of his children and he is the one and only who take the responsibility like protecting and breadwinner.

Regardless of your believes, it’s good one should learn and do research about what other communities and religious institutions believes here are some of Muslim’s as responsible adults .

Father’s Duty Toward His Children

The role of the Muslim father goes beyond providing financial support to his family.

He is responsible for upbringing his children and teaching them through his example how to be good and successful people.

Providing for their spiritual and moral welfare/upbringing.

A man is a shepherd and responsible for the welfare of his family

To provide a peaceful and loving environment at home that is conducive to the chldren’s overall spiritual and moral development;

To impart sound religious and moral values through practical examples by leading an exemplary life of love, mercy, and compassion.

To instill in them love of Allah and His Messenger and inculcate consciousness of Allah and accountability before Him.

To implant in them seeds of social consciousness and compassion.

The dictum a child learns what he or she practices at home is the ideal Islamic approach to raising responsible children.
